To oxygenate the roots and promote hair growth, nothing better than a massage once or twice a week.
Head down, elbows resting on a table, place your fingers at the base of the skull and exert successive pressures towards the top of the head.

Hands flat, place all the fingers on the head and move the scalp in all directions. It is renewed by moving the fingers to different points of the skull.
