  1. Boost complexion
    ✔ Perform fairly energetic smoothing movements with both hands’ index, middle, and ring fingers, starting from the center of the forehead to gliding to the sides.
    ✔ Then, on each side of the wings of the nose towards the cheekbones, to finish at the chin level towards the jaws.
    ✔ Repeat three times.
  2. Tone the skin
    ✔ Place your hands, palms to palms, in front of your face.
    ✔ Open the thumbs to place them on your cheeks, then slide the other fingers along with the temples towards the middle of the forehead.
    ✔ Then go down on each side of the face to the chin.
    ✔ Repeat all of these movements three times.
  3. Awaken freshness
    ✔ Tap with your ten fingers all over your face, from the top of the skull to the forehead, the temples, and the cheekbones, then to the jaws and the neck, to the décolleté.
    ✔ Repeat three times, breathing deeply to oxygenate your whole body perfectly.
